I'm Joshua Chiger and I live in Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin, Germany. I'm presently studying Product Design at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam and am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2024.
I had decided to study in Potsdam since the university is always strongly recommended and praised for its interdisciplinary programms and practical approach.
And because I have been passionate about design furniture and products for a long time, the choice to study with a focus on design was very intuitive. In addition, my familial background brought me into contact with all kinds of original designs at an early age, which have shaped my sensibility for style to this day.
Moreover, I chose product design due to the fact that it is the closest to the physical product and craft compared to other design branches and studies in the era of digitalisation and virtualisation.
